Information: EVANS- - Wallace Lee ""Wally"" Parrish, 66, of Evans, department this life Thursday, April 12, 2007, at Pleasant Valley Hospital, Pt. Pleasant.. He was born April 9, 1941, in Parkersburg, a son of the late Everett Lee Parrish nd Margaret West Coffman.  He was an U.S. Air Force veteran and was a bus driver for the Jackson County Board of Education.  He was a member of the International Bowhunters Organization, the West Virginia Bowhunters Association and the American Legion Post #107, Ripley.  He insisted on teaching youngsters the value of hunting sports and was heard on numerous occasions saying ""Don't ever let those boys forget what it's like to go hunting cause it may not be there when they are adults.""  Survivors include his wife of 44 years Nancy Catherine Hughes Parrish; sons, Marcus Parrish and Michael Parrish and wife Kathy all of Ripley; grand-children Micah and Elijah; brother, Charles ""Chuck"" Coffman of Athens, OH and sister Patty Staats of Milton.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son Wallace Lee Parrish II.  A service to celebrate his life was held Sunday, April 15, 2007, at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with Rev. David Mitchell officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions are requested in memory of Wally Parrish to the Archery in the Schools Program, % Citizens First Bank, 103 Miller Drive, Ripley, WV  25271.     BURIAL:  Fairplain Cemetery
