  <p>Information:      Billy Gene Parrish, 52, Route 3, Parkersburg, died Feb. 18, 1995 at St. Joseph&#39;s Hospital, Parkersburg, after a heart attack.  He was born July 30, 1942, a son of Roscoe Hamilton Parrish of Vienna and the late Georgia Faye Anderson Parrish.  He was a Parkersburg High School graduate and a U.S. Army veteran who served in Germany.  He worked as a process technician at Shell Chemical Company since 1987.  Surviving in addition to his father are his wife, Debra Lynn Reed Parrish; a daughter, Christina Prunty of Parkersburg; a son, Stephen Parrish of Parkersburg; a granddaughter, two brothers, Raymond Parrish of Vienna and C.I. ""Butch"" Parrish of Boaz, and a sister, Vera Wigal of Lubeck.  He was preceded in death by a daughter, Katherine Parrish; and a sister Annabelle Donahue.  Services were Tuesday, Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Parkersbugh.  Burial Parkersburg Memorial Gardens. </p>
