Information:    Ronald Wayne Painter, 24 of Given, Route 1, died Monday at his home.    Painter was born in Jackson County, a son of Brady and Mary Louise Painter.    Surviving besides his parents are three brothers; James E. Painter of Cottageville, Richard D. and Randall K. Painter both of Given; grandparents J. P. Corbin of Kenna and Estel Painter of Given.    Services will be today (Wednesday) 10 a. m. at the Vail Funeral Home with burial in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Given.
