  <p>Information:      Mrs. Lilly B. Fisher Painter, 90, died in Care Inn, Friday, Feb. 20, 1987, after a long illness.  She was born July 3, 1896, a daughter of the late Daniel F. and Amanda Harrison Hill.  She was a native of Jackson County  and forerly lived at Liberty.  She was a charter member of Emma Chapel Church, Liberty.   She is survived by stepdaughters, Mrs. Betty Jo Hanna of Charleston, Mrs. Ruth Duncan of Huston, Texas, and stepson Keith A. Painter of Charleston; six step-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews,including Vada and Vesta Fisher of Kenna and Geneva Tolley of Ripley.  Services were held at 11 a.m., Monday, Feb. 23, 1987, at Vail Funderal Home, by Rev. Homer W. ""Billy"" Lanham.  Burial followed in Emma Chapel Cemetery.     </p>
