  <p>Information:      Brady Estel Painter, 84, died at home yesterday (Dec. 17, 1985) following a long illness.  He was born Feb. 28, 1901, son of the late Bascum and Ruth Kessel Painter.  He was a retired farmer.  Survivors include:  son, Brady A. Painter, Given; two daughters, Lorena Casto, Given, Ruth Ryan, Cottageville; two brothers, Ray Painter, Ripley, Otho, Nitro; four sisters, Avalee Mangus, Tyler Mountain, Addie Starcher, Given, Pearl Casto, Given, Palestine Starcher, Liberty; 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.  He was proceded in death by his wife, Reva Hopkins Painter, and son, William Panter.  Funeral services will be held at Vail Funeral Home, Thursday, 2:30 p.m., with the Rev. Forest Garnes officiating.  Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.  Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Wednesday. </p>
