  <p>Information: William Harl Orem, 91, of Route 1, Belleville, died in the Arlington Health Care Facility Sunday evening.  He was born in Jackson County, a son of the late John and Minnie Brannon Orem.  He was formerly employed at Rex King Parking Lot, was a retired farmer and a World War I veteran.  He is survived by one sister, Delma Dawson of New Brighton, Pa.; one daughter-in-law, Verna Orem of Parkersburg; two grandchildren, Larry Orem of Akron, O., and Kathie Blair of Williamstown.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Georgia Flinn Orem; and a son, Brady.  The funeral was scheduled for Tuesday at Kimes Funeral Home in Parkersburg.  Burial was to follow in Ravenswood Cemetery.</p>
