  <p>Information: Ong, Charles F. - Service for Mr. Ong, 74, of Charleston, formerly of Ripley, who died Friday, will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Monday in Vail Funeral Home at Ripley by Rev. Robert Evans.  Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery at Ripley.  Mr. Ong died in Veterans Hospital at Clarksburg after a long illness.  A World War I veteran, he was a member of the American Legion.  He was a retired barber.  He served a term in the legislature in the 1930&#39;s.  Surviving are a son, Robert Ong of Ripley; a daughter, Mrs. Kathryn Slaughter of Ripley; two brothers, Phil of Pomona, Calif. and Nathan of Altoona, Pa.; two sisters, Mrs. Edith Williams of St. Albans and Mrs. Mayme Currence of Charleston; and three grandchildren.  The body will be at the funeral home after noon today.</p>
