  <p>Information: Virginia B. Oldham, 71, of Monaca, Pa., died Thursday, April 2, 1987 in the Medical Center, Beaver, Pa.  Born May 28, 1915, in Marshall, WV, the daughter of the late Ott and Florence Hall Golden, she was the wife of the late George Melvin Oldham, who died Oct. 31, 1985.  Surviving: daughters, Mrs. Jason (Patricia) Basinger, Hattisburg, Miss., Janet Grimm, Ohioville, Pa., Carole Starcher, Corapolis, Pa., Georgia Barnes, Brighton Township, Pa.; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brother, Ray Golden, Belpre, Ohio.  In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.  Huntsman-Rochester Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.  Interment was in Mill Creek Hill Cemetery, Hookstown, Pa.</p>
