  <p>Information: COOLVILLE - Inez Smith Oldham, 89, of Arcadia Care Center, Coolville, formerly of the Beechwood area of Parkersburg, died August 22, 1999, in Coolville.  She was born in Jackson County, a daughter of the late I. J. and Pricy(Smith) Smith.  She attended the Beechwood Presbyterian Church, and was a member of Long Hollow Baptist Church, a practical nurse and housekeeper for various area residents.  Survivors include one son, Smith Lee Oldham of Parkersburg; three daughters, Lois Wilson of Belpre, Inez Jean Eaton of New England and Geraldine Jordon of Elenora; 22 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; one brother, Hollie Smith of Allentown, PA; and one sister, Olive Stone of Belpre.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Lee Oldham; three brothers, Clyde, Luther, and Alva Smith; one sister, Gladys Braun; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.  Services will be held today (Wednesday) at Ogdin-Kimes Funeral Home, North Parkersburg.  Burial in Evergreen North Cemetery.</p>
