Information: Mrs. Minnie Frances Carpenter Nuzum, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Reed Carpenter, was born March 20, 1874 at Meadowdale, and passed away January 21, 1936 at Washington, Pa., at the age of 61 years, 10 months and 1 day.  On March 20, 1895 she was joined in matrimony with G. W. Nuzum, of Leroy, and to this union two children were born, one of which is now living.  In her childhood she accepted Christ as her savior and has remained a faithful follower ever since.  She leaves to mourn her departure, her husband, Gilbert W. Nuzum, a daughter, Mrs. Mabel Magers, and two grandchildren, Ruby and Harry Magers, all of Washington, Pa.  She also leaves four sisters and two brothers, Mrs. Sarah Beabout, of Parkersburg, Mrs. Jessie Gilpin, of Duncan, Mrs. Lulu Rake, of Meadowdale,  Wright Carpenter, of Meadowdale, and Henry Carpenter, of Vienna.  Mrs. Nuzum was a great worker in her home and among her friends.  She was faithful to the very last and will never be forgotten by her many friends.  Funeral services were held at the Meadowdale Baptist church at 2 p.m. Friday, with Rev.
