  <p>Information: Isabel (Nipper) Nuckles was born July 29, 1855 in Russell county, Virginia, and departed this life November 11, 1914, aged 59 years, 3 months and 12 days.  She was married in 1883 to James H. Nuckles.  They moved to Jackson county, West Virginia, the same year.  She was converted in 1884 at Mt. Moriah and joined the U. B. Church, of which she remained a faithful member.  She mothered 12 orphaned children and saw them grow to manhood and womanhood., except two step-grandchildren, Adar and Oscar Rhodes, who are yet with her.  She was laid to rest in the Parchment Chapel Cemetery November 12, 1914, after funeral services by W.
