  <p>Information: Bessie Harvey Noll, loving mother and beloved wife, was born on May 3, 1937 in Ronceverte WV, passed away January 3, 2012, in San Diego CA.  Bessie was married to her loving husband, Frank, on March 13, 1959 for 53 years.  She is survived by her husband, John Frank Noll, LCDR, USN (Ret); daughters, Kimberly D. Hastings and Elizabeth A. Jackson, husband Brandon; granddaughter, Tamara E. Hastings; sister, Bonnie Alderman of Hillsville VA; brother, Sam Harvey of Oskaloosa KS.  Bessie graduated from Marshall University with a Bachelor&#39;s Degree in Teaching.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Buster and Ethel Harvey of Ronceverte WV.  A memorial service will be on Friday, January 13, 2012, at 1300 hours at Poway Bernardo Mortuary, 13243 Poway Rd., Poway CA 92064.  A private interment will be at Ft. Rosecrans National Cemetery, San Diego CA.</p>
