  <p>Information: William (Bill) Whitt Noe, 30, of Cedar Lakes Dr., Ripley died Tuesday at the Jackson General Hospital in Ripley after a long illness.  He was born in Tahlequah, Okla., Dec. 11, 1941, son of Joe and Nettie Wolfe Noe, who survive there.  He was in the oil and gas business and was a member of the Calvary U. M. Church in Ripley.  Besides his parents, he is survived by his wife, Sandra Phillips Noe of Ripley; one daughter, Michele Lynn Noe, at home; four brothers, Carl, John, Walter and Tom Noe; and two sisters, Carroll Noe and Katheren Pederson.  Funeral services were held Thursday at the Calvary U. M. Church in Ripley with the Rev. William Eaton officiating.  Burial was in the Fairplain Cemetery.  The Parsons Funeral Home in Ripley was in charge of arrangements.</p>
