Information: Mrs. John T. Noble, of Pleasant View, Union district, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. E. W. Carpenter, in Lancaster, Ohio, last Friday night. She was 72 years old.  She had been ill for several months from diabetes and relatives said that her death was not unexpected.  She was one of the well known residents of Union district where she had spent many years of her life.  Her husband, one of the county's well known business men, died about 8 years ago.  The body was brought to Pleasant View Sunday where funeral services were held at the church there and interment was in the Noble plot of the Pleasant View cemetery.  Rev. J. W. Idleman, of Cottageville, and Rev. C. M. Haught had charge of the services.  Mrs Noble is survived by the following children:  Mrs. Carpenter, at whose home she died, Howard Noble, of Lancaster, Ohio, William Noble, of Palestine, W. Va., John Noble and Cyrus Noble, both of Lancaster, Ohio, Jasper E. Noble, of Delaware, Ohio, Early Noble, Edgar Noble and Mrs. L. R. Miller, of Xenia, Ohio.  One sister, Mrs. Emma Knapp, of Leon, and one brother, James Dowell, also of Leon, survive.  Mrs. Noble had a stroke on June 27 last, members of her family said, and was critically ill from that day until the hour of her death.
