  <p>Information: Freda Edgell Noble, 61, of Elizabeth died Sunday in Ravenswood Village Health Care Center.  She was born in Roane County, a daughter of the late Clyde and Zella Looney Edgell.  She was a member of the Elizabeth Baptist Church and was formerly employed by United Fuel in Charleston.  She is survived by three daughters, Brenda Cheuvront and Priscilla Cottrell both of Elizabeth and Paula Craddock of Marietta, O.; a brother, Leon Edgell of Paden City and five sisters, Orita Ellis of Dunbar, Jean Griffith of Largo, Fla., Rosalee Ashmont of Spencer, Joann Price of Oak Hill and Carol Ragan of Shenandoah, VA., and seven grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul T. Noble.  The services were to be held today at the Matheny-Pomroy Funeral Home Chapel in Elizabeth with the Rev. Lewis Villers officiating.  Burial was to be in the Elizabeth K of P Cemetery.</p>
