Information: Blanche Nichols, 94, of Athens, Ohio, formerly of Ravenswood, died Monday in O'Bleness Hospital, Athens after a brief illness.  She was born in Ravenswood, daughter of the late Tip and Sarah Derenberger Rardon.  She was a member of the Methodist church.  Surviving:  husband, Clarence; three daughters, Mrs. Harvey (Miriam) Hendershot of Lancaster, Ohio, Mrs. Wilford (Dollie) Tippie of Athens, Ohio, Mrs. Sarah Morton of Dayton, Ohio; six sons, Rev. Cecil Nichols of Mansfield, Ohio, Delbert Nichols of Tampa, Fla., Charles Nichols of Casey, Ill., Lamont Nichols of Tampa, Fla., Earl Nichols of Philadelphia, Miss., Clarence Nichols Jr. of Louisville, Ky.; one sister, Mrs. Edna Shockey of Ravenswood; one brother, Okey Rardon of Ravenswood; 24 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by two sisters, Sylvia and Flossie; four brothers, Holly, Ardell, Almon and David; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, 1 p.m. at Jagers Funeral Home, Athens, Ohio, with Rev. Walter Frost and Rev. Freeland Norris officiating.  Burial will be in Ravenswood Cemetery.
