  <p>Information: Howard Lee Neville, 54, of Parkersburg, formerly of Ravenswood, died June 12 at Camden-Clark Hospital following an extended illness.  He was born in Ravenswood, son of the late John W. Neville and Grace VanDyke Neville, now of Parkersburg.  He served in the U.S. Army in the 1950s and 1960s.  Survivors:  three sisters, Betty Wycoff, Orlando, Fla., Nancy Gladden, Cottageville, Carolyn Estep, Parkersburg; three brothers, John and Billy Joe, Chicago, Ill., Roger of Odaville.  He was preceded in death by his wife Lucille Wilhelm Neville in 1972.  Funeral services will be held Thursday at Straight and Tucker Funeral Home, Ravenswood, with burial in Ravenswood Cemetery.  Friends may call at the funeral home today (Wednesday) from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.</p>
