  <p>Information: Mrs. Dovie Neptune, 88, Rittman, O., died in the Barberton Citizens Hospital in Doylestown, O. Sunday.  She was formerly from Wirt County.  She was born at Leroy, Sept. 12, 1884 and had been a member of the Center Valley United Methodist Church in Wirt County and was married to William Neptune.  Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Orva Bice, Elizabeth; eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; one brother, Pearl Watkins, West Point, O.; and two sisters, Mrs. Gertrude Lucky, Leroy and Mrs. Jessie Looman of Newell, W. Va.  Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Elizabeth with the Rev. Elmos Kilgo officiating.  Burial will be in Center Valley Cemetery.  The Mace Funeral Home at Elizabeth is in charge of arrangements.</p>
