  <p>Information: Mrs. Lula Alice Neighborgall, 92, of Huntington died Sunday, Aug. 17. after a long illness.  Mrs. Neighborgall was the aunt of Mrs. Wade Sallaz, of Ripley.  She was the widow of C. R. Neighborgall, former president and founder of Neighborgall Construction Co., who died in 1955.  She was born Jan. 21, 1883 in Jackson County, a daughter of the late William and Mary Ann Stanley.  She formerly taught school in Jackson County and went to Huntington in 1920.  She was a member of First United Methodist Church and a former member of Woman&#39;s Club of Huntington.  She was preceded in death by a son, Claude W. Neighborgall.  Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Steven F. (Margaret Ann) Riggs of Huntington, W. Va.; one son, Charles R. Neighborgall Jr. of Huntington, W. Va.; one sister, M. C. Wilson of Middleport, Ohio; three grandsons, Steven F. Riggs II, Charles R. Neighborgall III and Robert C. Neighborgall all of Huntington and four great-grandchildren.  Funeral services were held Aug. 19 at Klingel-Carpenter Mortuary, Huntington with Dr. Garrett Evans officiating.  Entombment was in Woodmere Memorial Park.</p>
