  <p>Information: Rexanne Neff, 20, Cocoa, Fla., died Thursday as the result of injuries received in an automobile accident in Titusville, Fla.  The daughter of Marlene Neff of Cocoa, Fla., she was born in Charleston and formerly resided in Ripley.  She attended Fairplain Elementary School and Ripley Junior High School.  Survivors in addition to her mother are: brothers, William Shawn of Ripley, Marlen Burford, Mims, Fla.; sister, Christine Burford, Cocoa, Fla.; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Kish, Charleston, W. Va.  Funeral services were held Monday at Long-Fisher Funeral Home, Pocatalico, with burial in Floral Hills Garden of Memories.  * Born June 25, 1963</p>
