  <p>Information: Doris Hallie Neff, 75, of Ravenswood, died Wednesday morning, Oct. 19, 1988, in Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, after an extended illness.  She was born in Jackson County, a daughter of the late Orie and Lilly Byers.  She was a member of the Christian church.  She is survived by one daughter, Deborah Adkins of Ravenswood; two sons, Jack and Elwood Neff, both of Ravenswood; one sister, Virginia Roller of Ravenswood; 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.  Private services were Friday at her residence, 208 Gallatin St., Ravenswood, with Evangelist Denver Haught officiating.  Burial will be at a later date in the Ravenswood Cemetery.  Straight-Tucker Funeral Home, Ravenswood, was in charge of arrangements.</p>
