  <p>Information: Wilma Miller Myers, 71, of Ripley, died October 28, 1996, at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.  She was born in Spencer,WV.  Her parents were Thomas Otho and Minnie Radella Linger Miller.  She was a past 4-H leader and 4-H All-Star.  She was a former member of Ripley Senior Womens Club and Epworth United Methodist Church.  Surviving are her husband, C. Donald Myers; one foster son, Dr. Babak Noorbakhsh of Morgantown; one daughter, Dr. Dawn Myers Layne of Ripley; two sisters, Pearl Wilcox and Martha Deem, both of Parkersburg; and four grandchildren, Ryan Thomas Layne, Evan Alexander Layne, Vaughn Mackenzie Layne, and Seth Isaac Noorbakhsh.  Service at Epworth United Methodist Church and burial at Fairplain Cemetery.       </p>
