  <p>Information: Rex Oliver Myers, 72, of Ravenswood, passed away May 12, 2012 at Charleston Memorial Hospital following a long illness.  He was born January 27, 1940 at Charleston, a son of the late Della Gay Westfall.  He was employed for many years in truck service.  He is survived by his companion of many years, Lena Daniels; sons, Mark Myers of Ravenswood and Roy Myers of WV; grandchildren, Correna Myers and Dakota Myers; cousins, Noble Davis of Ripley and Preston Bailey of Liberty.  In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Teresa Myers, and a sister, Eva.  The family is honoring his wishes to be cremated and a private service held at a later date.  Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, is serving the family.</p>
