  <p>Information: Hazel Chambers Myers, 87, of Ravenswood, died Friday in the Care Inn nursing home, Ripley, after an extended illness.  She was born in Roane County, a daughter of the late Clark and Alice Wright Chambers.  She was a member of the Senior Women&#39;s Club, Lioness Club and Kolah Club, and was a past sponsor of the Ravenswood Jr. Woman&#39;s Club.  She is survived by her husband, Reed F. Myers of Ravenswood; two daughters, Susan Duncan of Columbus, Ohio and Eileen Matics of Cottageville; three sisters, Ollie Hylbert, Mable Kyger and Margorie Turner, all of Ravenswood; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.  Services were Monday at Straight-Tucker Funeral Home, Ravenswood.  Burial was in the Ravenswood Cemetery.</p>
