Information: Gus A. Myers, 50, of Salem, Ohio, died May 5, 1988 in Good Samaritan Medical Center, the victim of a truck-train accident.  The head custodian of Adamsville School in the Tri-Valley School District, Mr. Myers was a member of the Ohio Association of Public School Employees.  He attended Salem United Methodist Church.  He was born Feb. 3, 1938, at Ripley, a son of the late Charley Myers and Urserl McCoy Myers.  He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Brown Myers; four brothers, John Myers and Rosco Myers of Orrville, Ohio, Jack Myers of Ripley, Harlan Myers of Frazeysburg, Ohio; four sisters, Rose Ramsey, Nancy Myers, Ada Myers, Molly Mitchell, all of Ripley.  One daughter, one brother and two sisters preceded him in death.  Services were held May 8 at Vensil-Orr Funeral Home, Adamsville, Ohio, with the Rev. Wayne Hogue officiating.  Burial was in Crane Cemetery at Ripley, WV.
