  <p>Information: Charlie Cleveland Myers, 92, of Ripley WV, departed this life, August 22, 1998 at Eldercare of Ripley following an extended illness.  He was born July 1, 1906 in Jackson County, a son of the late Joseph Isaac and Martha Jane Casto Myers. He was a former employee of the West Virginia Department of Highways and was a Protestant.  Surviving are sons, Clyde Myers of Evans, Denny Myers of Spencer, James Myers and Roger Myers of Ripley; daughters, Sandra Jane Wolfe of Ripley and Loretta Ashby of Gandeeville; brother, George Myers of Ripley; 11 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Elva Richards Myers; daughters, Mary Ellen Myers and Aritta Myers; granddaughter, Donna Jean Wolfe.  Graveside service was held Tuesday, August 25, 1998 at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Joe&#39;s Run, with the Rev. Darrell Tackett officiating.  Casto Funeral Home, Evans, was in charge of arrangements.</p>
