  <p>Information: Charles Robert Murray, 57, of Elizabeth, died Friday, March 9, 1990, in Jackson General Hospital, after a short illness.  He was superintendent of schools in Wirt County.  He was a former superintendent of schools in Roane County and former school curriculum director in Jackson County.  He was a graduate of Marshall University and received a master&#39;s degree from Wayne State University.  He attended Elizabeth Methodist Church and was an Air Force veteran.  Surviving:  wife, Colleen; son, Robert of Ripley, Russ at home; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert F. Murray of Belpre, Ohio; sister, Ruth Willis of Belpre; two grandchildren.  Service was Monday at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Paul Russell officiating.  Burial was in Pine Hill Cemetery, Ripley.</p>
