  <p>Information: Jennifer Nicole Mullins, the nine-day-old daughter of Jay and Melinda Vannest Mullins of Ripley, died Monday in Cabell Huntington Hospital.  In addition to her parents, she is survived by maternal grandparents, Donald and Christina Vannest of Ravenswood; paternal grandparents, Sammy and Jean Mullins, of Ripley; maternal great-grandmothers, Amber Benson of Ravenswood, Amanda Vannest of Sandyville; paternal great-grandparents, Sammy and Reva Taylor of Ripley.  Services are to be today at 2 p.m. at Straight-Tucker Funeral Home, Ravenswood, with the Rev. Darrell Johnson officiating.  Burial will be in Ravenswood Cemetery.  Friends may call from 9 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.</p>
