  <p>Information: Cleo Mullins, 81, of Charleston died July 2, 1993, in Thomas Memorial Hospital after a long illness.  She was a member of Charleston Mountain Mission and the adult Bible class at the church.  Surviving: husband, Sidney Mullins; son, Roger L. of Goldtown; sister, Oma Mahan of Fecor, Ill; three grandchildren.  Service will be 11 a.m. Monday at the Charleston Mountain Mission, with the Rev. J. E. ""Budd"" Legg and the Rev. Clarence Edens officiating.  Burial will be in Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans.  Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. today at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, and one hour prior to service at the church.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer&#39;s Association.</p>
