  <p>Information:    Mrs. Lucille Mullinex, 48, of Ripley died Monday in Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, after a long illness.       She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.       Surviving; son, William Patrick of Lexington, Ohio; daughters, Mrs. Linda Nuzum of Sandyville, Mrs. Betty Carol Rhodes and Deborah Lynn Little, both of Ripley, Mrs. Brenda Sue Proctor of Kenna, Mrs. Mary Ann Finley of Genoa, Donna Louise Sutherly of New Martinsville; sisters, Mrs. Imogene Garnes and Mrs. Willadine Rhodes, both of Evans, Mrs Redith Rucker of Elkview; brother, Marvin Parsons of Newark, Del.; mother, Mrs. Annie Moore Parsons of Evans; 13 grandchildren.       Service will be at 1 p.m. today (Wednesday) in Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Melvin Conley officiating.  Burial will be in Jackson County Memory Gardens, Cottageville.     </p>
