  <p>Information: William Henry ""Bill"" Moss, 51, of Goldtown, died Jan. 21, 1996 at Jackson General Hospital after an apparent heart attack.  He was an employee of Sissonville Public Service District with 34 years of service.  He was an avid bowler on leagues at Ripley Bowling Lanes.  Surviving:  wife, Barbara Moss; daughter, Michelle Moss, at home; mother, Iva E. Moss King of Goldtown; sisters, Patricia Fisher of Charleston, Karen Sue Moss of Goldtown; step-sisters, Deloris Stover and Carolyn Thomas, both of Ripley, Brenda Wolfe and Connie Parsons, both of Kenna, Donna Johnson of Sandyville; step-brother, Timothy C. King of Ripley.  Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday (today) at Long & Fisher Funeral Home Chapel, Pocatalico, with the Rev. Aaron Jones and Rev. Al Mendez officiating.  Burial will be in Emma Chapel Cemetery, Liberty.</p>
