Information: Mrs. Ruby Kelly Moses, 74 year old native of Gay, died December 21 in a Woodbridge, Va. hospital.  She had lived in Charleston for many years.  She was a dental hygienist in the office of the late Dr. J. Howard Smith prior to her marriage to Thomas Moses, who preceded her in death.  The funeral service was held in Charleston Thursday and the burial was in Grandview Memorial Park, Dunbar.  Her sister, Gussie Kelly, of Charleston, operated a beauty shop in Ripley for several years.  A daughter, Dorris, and a granddaughter also survive.
