  <p>Information: EVANS--Dencil L. Morrison, 75, of Evans, Jackson County, died Tuesday, Nov. 10, 1998 at home after a long illness.  He was a former employee of the state Department of Highways, retired from Kaiser Aluminum, was an Army veteran of World War II, a member of United Steelworkers Local 5668, Chief Cornstalk Post 3531 VFW, Point Pleasant, was a farmer and a Protestant.  Surviving;  wife, Juanita Cossin Morrison; daughter, Charlene Kelly of Ripley; son, Larry Morrison of Mount Alto; sisters, Rayme Kessel and Edna Kay of Ripley, Mary Jane Sayre of Evans; three grandchildren; one stepgrandchild; four great-grandchildren.  Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Creston Cemetery near Evans, with the Rev. Gerald Sayre officiating and military graveside rites by VFW Post 3531 and American Legion Post 23, Point Pleasant.  The procession will leave the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. for the cemetery.  Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Casto Funeral Home, Evans.     </p>
