  <p>Information: Funeral services for Cecil Morrison, 71, of Belleville, were held in Braxton County on Thursday with burial there.    Mr. Morrison died on Monday after a long illness.  He was a retired farmer, veteran of  World War I and member of Newville Methodist Church.    Surviving are his widow, Wanda; four sons, the Rev. Paul of Sandyville, John, Wilford and James, all of Belleville; five daughters, Mrs. Lois Perkins of Sutton, Mrs. Lilly Ocheltree, Mrs. Doris Shuttlesworth, Mrs. Betty Parker and Mrs. Loretta Applegate, all of Belleville; a brother, Teddy of Belleville; a sister, Mrs. Muriel Ocheltree of Ripley; 24 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.</p>
