  <p>Information: Oshel C. Morris, 91, of Youngstown, Ohio, formerly of Ripley, died Nov. 5, 1988, at home after a long illness.  He was a retired bus driver and supervisor for Youngstown Transit Co. with 35 years of service.  He was a member of Siniaville Church, Statts Mill.  Surviving:  son, Richard of Youngstown; daughters, Eunice Alders of Chesterton, Ind., Vivian Ayers of St. Petersburg, Fla.; sister, Ova Stephenson of Ripley; 12 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.  Service will be 1:00 p.m. today (Wednesday) a Siniaville Church, Statts Mill, with the Rev. Wayne Hinzman officiating.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.  Parsons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.</p>
