Information: Frances Drew Morris, 65, of Millwood, died March 16, 1994, at West Penn Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA.  She was born in Jackson County, a daughter of the late Elijah Aaron Berry Smith and Georgia Ellis Smith.  She was a member of the Ripley Baptist Temple.  Surviving are her husband, Glenvil Morris; six daughters, Jaris Hall of Bluefield, Cazzie Morrison of Ravenswood, Terri Petzinick and Paula Morris, both of Ripley, Lisa Morris and Laura Morris, both of Fort Lauderdale, FL.; five sisters, Lena White and Glendola Checkler, both of Wellsville, Ohio, Georgia Williams of Ripley, Clara Tappen of Mount Vernon, Ill., and Carolyn Abbaja of Fort Lauderdale; and six grandchildren.  Services were held Saturday at Ripley Baptist Temple with Rev. Mike Norris officiating.  Entombment was in Jackson Memorial Gardens, Cottageville.  Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, was in charge of arrangements.
