  <p>Information: Scollay E. Morgan, 75, of Barlow, Ohio, died Friday afternoon in Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital, Parkersburg following a long illness.  He was born in Sandyville, a son of the late William Emmett and Myrtle Smith Morgan.  He was a graduate of Glenville State College in 1934, was a teacher in Wirt and Jackson counties for 10 years, and was in the construction business until his retirement.  Surviving: daughter, Susan McCoy of Columbus, Ohio; sisters, Aurelia Campbell of Parkersburg, Veva Boehm of Baden, Pa., Maude Boran of Frankfurt, West Germany, Thelma Dye of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Zelma Nesbit of Alexandria, Va.; several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Beatrice Eaton Morgan; two sisters; two brothers. The family requests memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.      	 </p>
