  <p>Information: Phares William Morgan, 73, Cottageville, died Wednesday morning at the Jackson General Hospital after a short illness.  He was born in New Brighton, Pa., a son of the late Jesse T. and Florence Richards Morgan.  He was a retired W. Va. State employee and a construction worker.  He is survived by his wife, Mary Elizabeth Grimm Morgan; four sons, Charles of Letart, Ronald and Jeff, both of Cottageville, and Randy of Ravenswood; a daughter, Harriette Durst of Cottageville; three brothers, Lawrence of Industry, Pa., Clair of Ashville, Ohio and Dale Morgan of Parkersburg; a sister, Gladys Foster of Irving, Texas; and eight grandchildren.  Services were conducted Friday at the Casto Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Gerald Sayre officiating.  Burial was in the Blaine Memorial Cemetery, Cottageville.</p>
