  <p>Information: Betty Ann Morgan, 63, of Ashville, Ohio, died Monday, March 9, 1987, at the Americare Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Circleville, Ohio, after a long illness.  The daughter of the late Glenn and Gula Gilpin Hill, she was a retired clerk from the Ohio Bell Company.  She was a graduate of Union High School, Cottageville, and attended Robtown United Methodist Church. Surviving: husband, Clair; brother, Glenn A. Hill of Columbus, Ohio; several nieces and nephews. Services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Gerald Sayre officiating.  Burial will be in Blaine Memorial Cemetery, Cottageville.  Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. today (Wednesday).      	 </p>
