  <p>Information: Arthur H. Morgan, 73, of Arnoldsburg, died Monday in Care Inn, Ripley, following a long illness. He was the father of Jim Morgan of Leroy. He was born in Arnoldsburg, son of the late T.S. and Ruby Fox Morgan.  He was a member of the Stoney Point United Methodist Church and was a farmer.  Additional survivors include his wife, Geneva Whytsell Morgan; sons, John Morgan of Rittman, O., Ronny Morgan of Barberton, O.; daughter, Helen Scarpellini of Cuyahoga Falls, O.; stepdaughters, Barbara Goodman of Piney Point, Md., and Ruth Noell of Highland, Mich.; sisters, Imogene Campbell of Spencer, Audena Newhart of Williamstown, Dollie Morgan and Lenora Davis, both of Mount Dara, Flaa., and Joy Stevens of Grantsville,; brothers, Bob Morgan of Grantsville, Owen Morgan of Radford, Va., Quinton Morgan of Arnoldsburg; 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in Death by his first wife, Tressie R. Morgan; one son, and one grandson.  Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. tomorrow at the Stoney Point United Methodist Church with the Rev. Fred Nichols officiating.  Burial will be in the Morgan Family Cemetery, Arnoldsburg.  Friends may call at the Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. today.      	 </p>
