  <p>Information: Mrs. Mattie Maddox Morehead, 76, of Rt. 2, Ravenswood, died Friday evening at Doctor&#39;s Hospital in Phoenix, Ariz., after an extended illness.  She was the daughter of the late Albert and Melissa Dailey Maddox.  She was a member of the White Chapel Church at Sherman.  She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Louisa Staats, of Phoenix; three sons, Laurence of Hooks, Tex., Charles of Newport News, Va., and Jim of Ravenswood; two sisters Mrs. Ollie Wilson and Mrs. Mabel Riggs, both of Vienna; 13 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Pearl, and by two sons.  Funeral services were held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Independence United Methodist Church, Sandyville, with the Rev. Lawrence Conger, Jr., officiating.  Burial was in the Independence Cemetery.</p>
