Information: FUNERAL SERVICE FOR MOORE INFANT - Funeral services were held at the Parsons funeral home here Sunday for Randall A. Moore two day old infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Carroll Moore of Medina.  The Rev. Gene Eaton officiated.  Survivors, in addition to the parents, include two brothers, Roger and Rickie, both at home; the paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Moore, Ripley; and the foster grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Miihlbach of Mineral Wells.
