  <p>Information: Jasmine Nicole Moore, 26, of Logan, passed away Sunday, September 16, 2012, at Charleston General Hospital from injuries received in an automobile accident.  She was born January 19, 1986 at Pt. Pleasant WV, and was a homemaker.  She loved her family, all children, and loved to fish.  Nicole will continue to live on because she gave a special gift of life by donating her organs to those in need.         She is survived by her parents, Lisa and Doug Johnson and Matthew and Beth Moore; her fiancee and best friend, Justin Wiggins; her sisters, Leah Johnson, Alex Carney, and brothers, Matthew Moore II and Levi Moore; grandparents, Cecelia ""Sybil"" Freshour, Sandra Moore, Pearl and Daniel Graham and Buck and Diane Raines; her cousin and best friend, Hallie Reed Harpold; aunts and uncles, Connie and Lacy Jones, Nelson and Delores Freshour, Dexter and Marsha Freshour, Norman and Julie Freshour, Melvin and Gwen Freshour, Tom and Diana Bush, Jason and Cathy Barr, Mike and Denise Moore, Mark Moore, Donna Piggott, Angie Meadows, Annbka Jones, and Kathy Hamon.  Funeral service will be 1 pm Friday, September 21, 2012, at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, with Pastor David Fields officiating.  Burial will be in the Pine Hill Cemetery, Ripley.  Friends may call from 4 to 8 pm Thursday at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in memory of Nicole to the Waybright Funeral Home, 511 S. Church St., Ripley WV 25271.</p>
