Information: Helen Rymer Moore, 65, of Parkersburg, died Saturday afternoon following an extended illness at the University Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.  She was born in Spencer and reared in Ripley, a daughter of the late Harry and Nora Hickman Williams.  She was a member and former deaconess of the First Christian Church, a member of the Eastern Star and a past officer in the Dental Assistants Association.  She is survived by one daughter, Barbara Bailey of Vienna; two grandchildren; three sisters, Dorcas Morrison of Chester, Va., Charlotte Peliotes of Muskingum, Mich.; Carolyn Kaufman of Medford, N. J.; four brothers, James and Jack Williiams of Atlanta, Ga., Lansing Williams of Wooster, Ohio, Bruce Williams, Medinah, Ill.  She was preceded in death by her first husband, John J. Rymer, in 1973; second husband, James S. Moore in 1984; and one daughter, Katherine Rymer.  Services were Tuesday at the First Christian Church with Dr. G. William Wooford officiating.  Burial was in Pine Hill Cemetery, Ripley.  Ogden Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
