Information: Mrs. Edna L. Moore, 82, of Parkersburg, died Sunday morning in the Worthington Manor Nursing Home.  The sister of HERALD correspondent Mary McBride of Medina, she was a daughter of the late James and Sarah Brown Williams, a homemaker and member of the South Parkersburg Baptist Church.  Other survivors include one son, Darrell Moore of Parkersburg; two brothers, Dick Williams of Sandyville and W. B. (Bill) Williams of Parkersburg.  She was preceded in death by her husband, John W. Moore, who died in 1961, one infant son and one sister.  Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Kimes Funeral Home, with the Rev. James L. Kipp officiating. Burial was in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.
