  <p>Information: Audrey Irene Moore, 98, of Sandyville WV, peacefully passed away September 17, 2014, at Hubbard Hospice House in Charleston WV, surrounded by her loving family.  Audrey was born September 19, 1915, in Jackson County, to the late Tennessee Archer and Elza Moore.  She was preceded in death by her aunts, Rebecca Morrison, Ella Moore, Effie Bonnett, and cousin, Georgia Moore.  She is survived by her son, Adrian Ball, and daughter, Rhita (Tom) Grim, of Sandyville WV; grandson, Jason (Christina) Grim of Cottageville WV; step-grandchildren, Todd Grim and Kelly (Dale) Brus of Pennsylvania; great-grandchildren, Alyssa Grim of Ravenswood, Jade Burgess, Danica and Tyler Grim of Cottageville, Zach, Seth and Jacob Grim, Mindi, Stephanie, Jimmy, Andy and Jessi Brus of Pennsylvania.  She is also survived by a special cousin, Larry (Sarah) Moore of Ripley, and daughters in heart, Linda (Wayne) Hinzman of Sandyville, and Evelyn Stanley of Ravenswood.  The family would like to extend a special thank you to caregivers, Sharon Barnes, Christie Johnson, Michelle Roush, and Christie Barnette for the care and compassion shown to Audrey, as well as Dr. Cestaric and Dr. Gaal, and the staff at Hubbard Hospice House.  A special thank you to mom&#39;s physical therapist, Sally Rasmussen.  Memorial services will be held at Independence United Methodist Church, Sandyville, at 2 pm on Saturday, September 27, 2014.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations be made to Hubbard Hospice House.  </p>
