  <p>Information: Raymond ""Ray"" Montgomery, 78, of Cottageville, died Nov. 28, 1989, at home after a short illness.  He was a Navy veteran of World War II and retired from Kaiser Aluminum.  Surviving:  wife, Delta Montgomery; sons, Eugene of Manassas, Va., David of Chillicothe, Ohio; foster son, Kenneth Lake of Cottageville; brother, Ernest of Uniontown, Ohio; sisters, Erliene West of North Canton, Ohio, Annabelle West of Spencer, Beryl Cottrell of Carmel, Calif., Bobbie Atchison of Weston; two grandchildren; 14 step-grandchildren; 10 step-great-grandchildren.  Service was held Friday at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley with the Rev. Paul Morrison officiating.  Burial was in Hebron Cemetery, Spencer.</p>
