Information: Gertrude Chancey Monk, 70, of Charleston was killed Wednesday in an automobile accident near Montgomery.  She and her husband, James ""Basil"" Monk, who was critically injured in the same accident, were in the home building business.  Other survivors include:  daughter, Rosalind Jones of Norfolk, Va.; brothers, Howard Chancey of Ripley and William T. Chancey of Wilmington, Ohio.  Services were held Sunday at Long-Fisher Funeral Home, Pocatalico, with the Rev. Charles Scragg officiating.  Entombment was in the Cunningham Memorial Park Mausoleum, St. Albans.
