  <p>Information: KENNA - William Ray Monday, 52, of Kenna, died Nov. 13, 1999, in Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, after a sudden illness.  He was born in Charleston, WV, the son of Bernard Monday of Charleston and the late Orva Willidean Fisher Monday.  He was employed 25 years with Plastic Sales Corp. in Charleston..  Surviving:  son, Michael Shayne of Midway, Ky.; daughters, Michelle Monday Wagoner of Lexington, Ky., Jamie Ray Monday of Kenna; father, Bernard Monday of Charleston; brothers, Thomas of Charleston, Philip of Fresno, Calif.; grandfather, Okey Fisher of Kenna; four grandchildren.     He was preceded in death by his mother, Orva Willidean Monday who passed away in 1998.   Service will be 1 p.m. today at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley.  Burial will be in Warren Chapel Cemetery, Kenna.</p>
