  <p>Information: Otho Monday, 86, of Kenna, died Wednesday in Thomas Memorial Hospital after a long illness.  He was a retired employee of Capitol City Supply Co. with 32 years&#39; service.  He was a member of Watts Chapel United Methodist Church.  Surviving:  wife, Winnie Garnes Monday; sons, Ronald and Carroll, both of Sissonville, Adrian and Bernard, both of Charleston; sister, Mrs. Cuba Bradley of Liberty; brother, Sigel of Nitro; 16 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.  Service was Saturday in Emma Chapel Church, Liberty, with the Rev. Charles F. Scragg and the Rev. Warren Anderson officiating.  Burial was in Emma Chapel Church Cemetery, Liberty.  Long-Fisher Funeral Home, Pocatalico, was in charge of arrangements.</p>
